Box's accessories includes shell, heat preservation material and stainless steel water jacket.
Three-class circuit controlling and overtemperature prevention are adopted in temperature control system.
CO2 thickness control is adopted ultrasonic sensor with stable performance, checking fast, good adaptive capacity in wet working chamber, durable and well linearity(patent)
